The key is to enchant the right glyph for each hero (this guide should also work for titans) to improve the synergy of your team. You don't want to do things randomly, if you do that then it will be very tough for you to progress in the game.
Some people end up wasting too much resources, time and money on the game simply because they enchanted glyphs that mess up the synergy and make their team seem weak.
The first thing I would recommend for you is to keep your teams leveled up. When it comes to your heroes you'll need need to get them to Violet +2 rank to unlock all their glyphs. That means you need to loot a lot of items in the campaign missions to get your heroes to violet +2.
Each hero has their own set of Glyphs, unlocking all their glyphs is not easy but it's important to make sure that you have access to the right glyph for each hero.
The problem that everyone faces when playing the game is that they can't access the glyph that is recommended, so you'll need to work harder to combat this problem, there are no shortcuts.
In order to enchant (upgrade) your glyphs you're going to need Gold and Runes. You can also use emeralds if you have to but that's not something I would recommend.
You can only access your heroes Glyphs feature at the 30th team level because Glyphs enchantment is available only to guild members. If you are not in a guild, you won't be able to collect runes and enchant Glyphs.
Farming for Runes in Hero Wars
You're going to need Runes to enchant Glyphs.There are Small, Common, Rare and Great enchantment runes. Common rune gives 20 enchant points, Rare rune gives 50 enchant points, Great rune gives 100 enchant points.
The Small enchantment runes gives you 10 enchant points each.
You will receive them as a reward for guild's activity. Each of these runes can be used to enchant a Glyph. You get runes through daily activities or by simply buying them in special deals.
The more points your guild generates throughout the day the more runes you'll collect, and the more guild points you generate individually for the guild, the more runes you'll get in your daily quest rewards.
Don't get tempted to exchange items for guild points though, it's short term thinking because as you progress in the game you're going to need all that stuff to level up. Nothing is useless in this game, all resources can never be wasted.
Your guild should be able to collect all daily activity points to help member enchant their glyphs quicker, if they can't then I would recommend you to leave them and join an active guild.
